Arriva Rail North 195005 (29.02.2020)

On the last day of the Arriva Rail North franchise, 195005 is seen peeking out from East Midlands Railway's 222101 and 222104 after having arrived in from Leeds.
East Midlands Railway 222101/222104 (29.02.2020)

The first and last numerically of the East Midlands Railway Pioneers (now classed as Meridians) feature here as new East Midlands Railway purple liveried 222104 brings the empty coaching stock in from Derby Etches Park before waiting for 222101 in the older East Midlands Trains livery to arrive in from London St Pancras in order for the two units to couple up before they then carry out that phase before they then head out to London St Pancras on the 14:12 service. In the end, some stopper services were skipping Bedford while I believe most if not all stopper services were skipping Luton Airport Parkway due to London Kings Cross being shut for major engineering works.
Nottingham City Transport 919 (29.02.2020)

I almost didn't catch this new style spare Optare OmniDekka but thanks to lady luck with the traffic at the busy crossroads outside Nottingham Station, I eventually made sure I safely secured a tick in the book! An unusual visitor to the Melton Road area of West Bridgford here as well and it sees 919 on it with a Bridgford Bus 5 service to Gamston. A massive upgrade in size over the usual ADL Enviro 200 MMC and since I don't ever get the chance to see the early morning bio-gas ADL Enviro 400 CBG City on this route, this will do nicely here instead!
Nottingham City Transport 919 (29.02.2020)

After missing this bus at the Nottingham Station stop, I had to literally rush to the bus stop in front to catch it and while the lights were green for the other traffic in the eastbound and westbound directions, the road was clear of traffic before the signals changed, it in turn allowing me to get to the next bus stop before this bus, meaning that I got that crucial tick in the book! 919 arrives at Arkwright Street bus stop to pick me up while on a Bridgford Bus 5 service to Gamston. While a Parliament Street based vehicle, I can only assume this was slotted onto this Trent Bridge route to cover for a late running branded ADL Enviro 200 MMC.

East Midlands Railway 156405 (28.02.2020)

The last of the 156/4's that was required for overhaul has now been done and it is also now in the new EMR Regional livery too! To meet PRM standards, this unit now has the new display screens and a DDA compliant toilet along with dark grey handrails and white on top of the seats although the moquette on them remains in the old East Midlands Trains colours. At least all of the 156's East Midlands Railway have in their fleet are DDA compliant now, so expect so see new looks all around with these units. 156405 is seen resting at Nottingham Station before departing with the 11:45 service to Skegness.

Arriva Rail North 158855 (27.02.2020)

Another Serco liveried unit bites the dust!

158855 in Northern's old Serco livery but with a mismatching orange door arrives at Nottingham Station from Leeds before heading back out there on the 12:17 service.
Arriva Rail North 150115 (27.02.2020)

Another one bites the dust!

150115 in Northern's old Serco livery subs for the usual 195 as it arrives at Nottingham Station from Leeds before heading back out there on the 14:17 service.
