Nottingham City Transport 909 (30.01.2021)

As I found out that an Optare OmniDekka spare replaced one of the bio-gas buses for the 6 in the form of 401, I was on the case to catch up with the spare, so I headed to the location of the crossroads where Trevor Road and Stamford Road was to snap it! 909 climbs Trevor Road before turning left onto Stamford Road before heading straight on there with a 6 to Edwalton.

Nottingham City Transport 428 (30.01.2021)

A spare bus roughly double the size of what was on the 8 was on the 6 today in the form of this bio-gas Scania, as illustrated here. 428 heads on Bridgford Road with a 6 to City Loop.

Nottingham City Transport 309 (30.01.2021)

While the green 11 route had one of the former Bridgford Bus Optare Solo SR's, the Bridgford Bus 8 route had the short wheelbase ADL Enviro 200 MMC spare on there, as illustrated here. 309 is seen on Bridgford Road before proceeding on towards Trent Bridge with an 8 to City Loop.

Nottingham City Transport 354 'Helen Richardson-Walsh' (30.01.2021)

Now the 12 plate Optare Solo SR's have moved from Gotham to Trent Bridge, the spare variations can now effectively end up on any midi-bus route, like this! 354 is now seen on Radcliffe Road with an 11 to Lady Bay.

Trent Barton 217 (29.01.2021)

The Rushcliffe Villager route has seen spares that aren't 506 of late given the red spare Optare Solo SR not being available for selection and today was no exception when one of the 18 plate Mango spare ADL Enviro 200 MMC's was in use on there, as illustrated here. 217 turns left from Radcliffe Road onto Davies Road with a Rushcliffe Villager V1 service to Nottingham. Also on this day, 145, a 69 plate spare variation, was in use on the route after having taken over from the branded Optare Solo SR of 504, it making it two MMC's on this route following on from the bus swap.

Marshalls of Sutton on Trent OP89 (29.01.2021)

Recent developments on the A6011 Radcliffe Road have seen all the remaining Urbis ZX3 street lamps in both the black and white colors replaced by brand new V Max LED street lights in the forms of both the two chevron and four chevron versions. OP89, an Optare Versa, is seen on a now LED dominated Radcliffe Road as it works a 90 to Nottingham.

Notttingham City Transport 920 (29.01.2021)
After noticing very late on that an OmniDekka was
on the 6, I made my way out one final time not long after having just come back home to catch up with it! 920 in the new style spare livery is seen on Trevor Road and Stamford Road with a 6 to Edwalton. This bus took over from 403, a Bridgford Bus branded ADL Enviro 400 CBG City, to work the route.

Nottingham City Transport 426 'Albert Ball VC' (29.01.2021)

Although the masked bio-gas bus for the 6 in the form of 401 finally came back after a relatively lengthy absence, one of the spare variants was in use on the 6 with a different one off the road. 426 is seen on Gordon Road with a 6 to City Loop.

Nottingham City Transport 309 (29.01.2021)

The short wheelbase spare ADL Enviro 200 MMC was out on something you wouldn't always expect it on every day in the 7, as illustrated here. 309 turns right from Davies Road onto Brockley Road with a 7 to Gamston.
