Trent Barton 713 (30.09.2021)

A B7RLE type Volvo was in use on The Two today, as illustrated here. 713 in a slightly different Mango livery is seen leaving Victoria Bus Station with a Two to Ilkeston then Cotmanhay.

Trent Barton 717 (30.09.2021)

With both of the 20 plate MMC's having been taken up on the Rainbow one route, one of the spare Volvos was allocated to the same route as a result. 717, formerly of Indigo in both the old and new liveries before being classed as a spare with the When you Wish Upon a Star charity vinyls on the new Indigo livery before being repainted into the Mango spare livery, is seen at Victoria Bus Station before departing on a Rainbow One service to Ripley.

Trent Barton 175 (30.09.2021)

As if one of the 20 plate MMC's was required for use on the Rainbow One route from today, then both MMC's were in fact as 175 was also out there, the bus seen arriving into Victoria Bus Station with a Rainbow One service.

Trent Barton 174 (30.09.2021)

The Rainbow One route was a good route for spare bus spotting today as three spares were in use on there, the two 20 plate MMC's included. 174 in the Mango spare livery is seen outside Nottingham's Royal Centre with a Rainbow One from Ripley.

Rushcliffe Borough Council 805 (29.09.2021)

Pestering Bridgford...

805, a Dennis Elite 2 with the pest advertising on it, is seen on Melton Road and Taunton Road with a blue colored bin collection.

Rushcliffe Borough Council 809 (29.09.2021)

Not put up much of the bin collections in a while, so here's Rushcliffe's 809, a Dennis Elite 6, as seen on Mellors Road and Willoughby Road with a green lidded bin collection.

Nottingham City Transport 615 (29.09.2021)

The other spare on the red 43 route was with this Enviro 400, as illustrated here. 615 is pictured on Lower Parliament Street with a 43 to Bakersfield.

Nottingham City Transport 430 (29.09.2021)

Though I missed a red Enviro 400 on the orange 36 route, which was replaced by an orange branded bio-gas bus there thus resulting in no more red on it, the red bus later moving to the school A2 before operating on its own route of the red 43, I was lucky to catch a bio-gas spare on the 43 and it thankfully was still on for the day, most helpful! 430 is seen on Lower Parliament Street, the blind already reset for the next 43 to Bakersfield.

Nottingham City Transport 911 'Herbert Kilpin' (29.09.2021)

919 leaves Victoria Centre behind on a green 10 service to Ruddington.

Nottingham City Transport 911 'Herbert Kilpin' (29.09.2021)

As well as the 6 going diesel, the 10 also went diesel with today's spare of choice as this OmniDekka was to be seen on there, as illustrated here. 919 turns into Angel Row with a 10 to Ruddington.

Nottingham City Transport 630 (29.09.2021)

Only the three branded bio-gas buses of 402, 403 and 404 were running on the 6 for a time after this Enviro 400 spare was temporarily forced off. 630 is seen at Angel Row bus stop before departing out of service,

Nottingham City Transport 630 (29.09.2021)

Seen running empty, this Enviro 400 was having some off time from the 6 due to a problem of some variation. 630 heads onto Upper Parliament Street from Lower Parliament Street out of service.

Nottingham City Transport 630 (29.09.2021)

Now in the new style spare livery, 630, an ADL Enviro 400, terminates in at Victoria Centre on a 6 from Edwalton. In the end, the 14:45 Edwalton service, the 15:18 City Loop service and the 15:45 Edwalton service were completely cancelled and the 16:18 City Loop service was probably partly cancelled and all that due to a problem with the bus.

Nottingham City Transport 630 (29.09.2021)

Familiar area, different route!
630, a now new style spare ADL Enviro 400, turns into Angel Row with a Bridgford Bus 6 service to Edwalton.

Nottingham City Transport 630 (29.09.2021)

The Bridgford Bus 6 route had some interesting traction today when a former orange 35 branded ADL Enviro 400 saw use on there and I even had the pleasure of taking it on the full journey to Edwalton, it would have been rude not to have done that! 630 is seen at Edwalton, Wellin Lane terminus with a 6, the blind already reset for the next run to City Loop.

Nottingham City Transport 309 (29.09.2021)

The silver spare express...

309, the short wheelbase MMC spare, departs Victoria Centre with a fast 5 to Gamston.

Nottingham City Transport 309 (29.09.2021)

The sole short wheelbase MMC spare has really been stretching its legs on Bridgford's of late, today seeing it out on the 5, as illustrated here. 309 turns into Angel Row with a 5 to Gamston.

Nottingham City Transport 342 (29.09.2021)

Aside from the MMC spare of 309, the Solo SR's are the other usual spares of choice when it comes to Bridgford's, today being no exception! 342 is seen on Lower Parliament Street with a 9 to Wilford Hill.

Nottingham City Transport 342 (29.09.2021)

A fair few main spares were out on the Bridgford services today, all of which were well worthy of documenting!

342 arrives into Kingston Road with a 9 to City Loop.

A full video onboard this bus can be found below:

Nottingham City Transport 330 (29.09.2021)

The extra 5 still continues to get anything, today's being the sole 11 plate Solo SR spare. 330 is seen on Melton Road with a 5 to Gamston.

Nottingham City Transport 339 (29.09.2021)

Now a fairly normal allocation as one of the boards on the 40/41/42 turns into the later on extra 9B, today's offering being this! 339, still in the old blue livery, arrives into Rushcliffe School to terminate in on the extra 9B.

Nottingham City Transport 352 (29.09.2021)

Although a green 11 branded Solo SR in the form of 333 was to be seen on the yellow 70/71 route very late on in the evening, it was mainly due to another green 11 branded Solo SR being on the 53B board in the form of 331 that caused the appearance of this spare Solo SR on the green 11 route. 352 is seen at the end of Lower Parliament Street with a new journey on the 11 bound for Lady Bay.
