Well then, the Liverpool Lime Street services generally used double 158's today but there was definitely a 156 on there, as here illustrates. 156404 is seen here on platform 7B at Nottingham Station waiting to form the 11:47 service to Liverpool Lime Street, 158788 being at the rear of the train having joined to the 156 after coming in from Norwich.
