Just to prove that it was a full Northern Belle set, here is 57312, which is seen here trailing the set as it arrives into Nottingham Station for a stop.This 57 would then head back out the other way to continue on with the rest of the tour. Worth noting that the dellner coupler is still intact but covered up, presumably in case of emergency coupling to Virgin Voyagers or Virgin Pendolinos.
