A nice upgrade occured on pink 28 today from the usual 07 plate Scania OmniDekkas came in the form of this newer silver spare Optare OmniDekka. 989 is seen here turning right onto Upper Parliament Street outside Victoria Centre with a 28 to Bilborough.
