Although the slow stopper London St Pancras services tend to utilise five car class 222's on a lot of Saturdays, there are occasions when a four car variant gets utilised, like in this shot here. 222104 is seen here arriving on platform 5 at Nottingham Station on a terminating service from London St Pancras.
