I think East Midlands Trains have decided to get the refurbishment for this set, set NL04, done and out of the way, which I'm not complaining about it really because it's good to get things out of the way! The reason why I think East Midlands Trains have to do the refurbishment work is because some different coaches have taken hold in it and one such that has seen longer term use in it is this first class coach in the standard section of the train. 41113 is seen here in East Midlands Trains formation as coach D and declassified from first class to standard class at Nottingham Station on platform 6.
