Due to the slightly longer brown line 15/16 ADL Enviro 200 buses of 388, 389 and 390 taking hold of the routes, the shorter ADL Enviro 200 buses like this were initially surplus to requirement although they are now usually required to operate with the longer versions, so to see this brown line 15/16 ADL Enviro 200 on any other route is a rarity! 383 is unusually seen here on Carrington Street with a 9 to City Loop, the bus just after dropping me off at Nottingham Station bus stop.
