Blank display here on the Y reg plate Old Optare Solo here isn't it? Wrong but actually it would seem so here but really it's just the shot that often comes out differently with certain LED displays sometimes. In this shot here, 238 is seen at the end of Upper Parliament Street with a yellow 70 or 71 service to Bulwell (Morrisons Store).
