The green 11 route is what I would consider as one of the slowest routes in terms of speed limits because of the speed humps, particularly through the Meadows area and it is that area that is served exclusively by this route. 353, a green spare Optare Solo SR, opts out for the short but slower green 11 service, the bus seen here on Carrington Street with a service for City Loop.
