Away from the bus swap on the 8, an interesting day on the midi-bus side of the Bridgford Bus network saw no spares on the 9 whatsoever! Instead, it was a case of the Gamston routes in the 5 and the 7 each getting a spare and both were to be formed of new style spare Optare Solo SR's and not only that, it was to be numerical order as both 344 and this bus, 345, were to be the buses of choice. 345 arrives at Mellors Road bus stop on Melton Road to pick me up while on a 5 to City Loop.
