I suppose we can talk in terms of alarms actually as a more familiar truck with Don't be Alarmed advertising came out to play on its usual duties this time round although it did provide for a more mundane working on this occasion, as here illustrates. 809, a Dennis Elite 6, is seen on Mellors Road, Willoughby Road and Exeter Road with a green garden waste bin collection and with the cab facing east on Exeter Road as well unlike 814, which had its cab facing west. The truck could perhaps have been seen again in the bottom shot as something did pass by our house but I might have missed whichever truck came past regardless of whether it was 809 or not but the bottom shot sort of illustrates what I did see happen afterwards, so finders keepers then I guess!
