East Midlands Railway 222016/222014 (17.12.2020)

Now there are less HST services since the recent timetable change, a majority of the fast London services to and from Nottingham are now in the hands of the class 222's, as illustrated here. 222016 in the East Midlands Trains livery arrives at Nottingham with a service from the Capital and the unit is then seen having coupled to 222014 in the outgoing East Midlands Railway livery ahead of them working in tandem on the 15:45 service to London, 222014 having earlier ran in ECS from Nottingham Eastcroft. Note the odd East Midlands Trains liveried blue part on 222014.
