Now the Y reg plate Old Optare Solos of 237 and 238 have long been withdrawn, it means the Optare Solo SR has effectively replaced the Optare Solo. Now the oldest midi-bus types in NCT's fleet and you can find these on blue 40/41/42, green 11, grey 53/54, navy 3, pink 30/31 and yellow 70/71. There are also nine spares in the fleet, this being one of them, as illustrated here. 342 is seen in Central Avenue, West Bridgford with a 9 to City Loop.
