The other spare out on the 28 today was the NCTX Buses App advertised E400, as illustrated here. 631 is seen on Upper Parliament Street with a 28 to Bilborough, one of many buses seen in the morning queue due to the works on Maid Marian Way causing busier than usual traffic.
