A surprise might have come about today as for Bridgford Bus today with the spare buses, the 9 had the more mundane workings and the 5 had the much more nicer working! Despite the fact I saw 357, a Bridgford Bus branded Optare Solo SR, out of service, I believe all of the spare buses continued on their respective routes to the end of service! I can't say that I am completely sure if 357 did something for Bridgford Bus later on but regardless of if it did or didn't today, the spare buses were on all day and for the 9, 352, a green spare Optare Solo SR, was one such bus on there, it seen heading onto Rectory Road with a 9 to City Loop.
