Interesting to think that what was East Coast before Virgin Trains East Coast and then London North Eastern Railway decided to not continue to use metallic paint for their livery considering the fact that one or two of their class 91's and 225 sets had that. With Nottingham City Transport though, the metallic paint continues to be rolled out on at least some of their buses, this grey 53/43 branded Optare Solo SR being one such example, as illustrated here. 360 turns left onto Radcliffe Road with an 11 to Lady Bay.
