East Midlands Railway 222104 (27.12.2025)

One of four ex-Hull Trains class 222 Pioneers, the units had an option to be extended to five cars if required and the option was utilized with the addition of coaches from 222005 and 222006, reducing those to five car units as a result. 222104 is seen at Nottingham ready to work the 16:12 service to London St Pancras. Whilst originally with the added coach in the interim livery, it was then repainted to match the rest of the train in the full purple livery, originally the launch livery when it was given the new look in 2019.
