East Midlands Railway 810006 (27.12.2025)

Whilst it will be a shame to see the fleet of 222's go, the fleet of new 810's do look the part, more especially with different cabs compared to the 800, 801, 802, 803, 805 and 807 classes with Avanti West Coast, Great Western Railway, LNER, Lumo and Transpennine Express respectively. These also are of a shorter length to enable better platform constraints at London St Pancras in the event of two of these 5 car units being coupled together. 810006 is seen at Nottingham running solo as it leaves on the 13:12 service to London St Pancras.
