Nottinghamshire County Council 0099 (11.06.2025)

A chance snap whilst heading to Radcliffe on the 33 with the Cityline Merc of 0051 (RX71 TNJ) was that of the preserve Mellor Strata Merc for the service out on the Z7 for a change, as illustrated here. 0099 (LO19 YYD) is seen at Gamston Morrisons whilst working the Nottsbus on Demand Z7 around Central Rushcliffe. This service effectively replaces the 853, which was withdrawn to allow for the expansion of the DRT in the Central Rushcliffe area.

A strange flip today saw the Nottsbus Connect liveried Mellor Strata Merc of 0099 (LO19 YYD) out on the Nottsbus on Demand Z7 with this Cityline Merc, also in the Nottsbus Connect livery, out on the 33! 0050 (RX71 TNJ) is seen in Radcliffe after bringing in a 33 from Nottingham.

The longer wheelbase 510/511 E200 EV's differ from the 71 plates making them easy to identify, more especially as these are now used on the 33. 0049 (LJ18 FGZ) is seen leaving Nottingham on a 33 to Radcliffe.

One Fiat I didn't expect to catch up with was my favorite in the Nottsbus fleet but today saw it on the 528, as illustrated here. 0034 (SJ66 SXZ) is seen leaving Bulwell Bus Station on a 528 to Bestwood.

Nottinghamshire County Council 0090 (10.06.2025)

Blue and green once again as we see 0090 (SG68 XYT) leave the stop close to Bulwell Morrisons on a 528 to Selston. In the end, this bus operated on the 532/535 during the day either side of its morning and evening peak time work on this route.

Due to a delayed entry into service for the E200 EV of 0071 (LG71 DJF), one of the Nottsbus Fiats lent a temporary helping hand to the 33 until lunchtime as a result and either side of its school bus duties as well. 0094 (SG68 XYX) is seen arriving at Hoe View Road End in Cropwell Bishop with a 33 to Radcliffe.

Nottinghamshire County Council 0099 (10.06.2025)

Due to the CT4N operation on the 510/511 now, it has limited the number of routes in which this Mellor Merc can operate on now, those being the Nottsbus on Demand Z7 and the 33, which it is usually dedicated for. 0099 (LO19 YYD) is seen on Friar Lane ready to do the next 33 to Radcliffe.

Nottinghamshire County Council 0049 'The Eco Traveller' (10.06.2025)

After having seen a blue and green Fiat on the 33 today, I headed towards Cropwell Bishop from Radcliffe on this ECOnnect to catch up with it. 0049 (LJ18 FGZ) is seen on Hoe View Road with a 33 to Nottingham.

Nottinghamshire County Council 0072 (10.06.2025)

0094 (SG68 XYX), a Fiat Ducato Mellor Bluebird Orion, had been out on the 33 today but this one of the Nottsbus ECOnnect branded 71 plate BYD ADL Enviro 200 EV's was declared available for service at lunchtime after having been fully charged up and so the buses were swapped over. 0072 is seen in Cotgrave with a 33 to Nottingham.

Nottinghamshire County Council 0054 (10.06.2025)

A chance snap whilst waiting for a 33 was that of a Cityline Merc on the Z7, as illustrated here. 0054 (RX71 TNU) is seen turning into Hoe View Road in Cropwell Bishop whilst working the Z7 Nottsbus on Demand service.

Nottinghamshire County Council 0099 (10.06.2025)

All of the West Bridgford based Nottsbus fleet were parked up all over the place for the night, mainly due to two or three parked up cars in the minibus area, so efforts to snap what was at base this evening were made tricker than usual as a result. 0099 (LO19 YYD) is seen at the West Bridgford base ahead of next day's trade serving the 33.
