On Monday-Saturday, five slow daytime London St Pancras services and five fast daytime London St Pancras services are utilised using 222's, which call at Beeston, Loughborough, Leicester, Market Harborough, Kettering, Welllingborough, Bedford, Luton Airport Parkway, and HST's, which only tend to call at East Midlands Parkway, Leicester and Market Harborough. Usually, one four car 222 is utilised on the slow service although today was a bit different as I saw two four car 222 sets! 222104 was one such four car set I saw, seen here departing Nottingham on the 1B46 13:05 service to London St Pancras, with the next stop of Beeston.
