A rather common sight over on the Midland Mainline at the moment is this Virgin Trains East Coast buffet car, which can often be seen hired in to an East Midlands Trains set. 40751 is seen here in East Midlands Trains formation on what is otherwise a full East Midlands Trains set, this set involving HST powercars 43052 and 43045, the set having much earlier arrived in from London St Pancras just ahead of a late running 13:49 service to Newark Castle, before heading back out again to the capital on the 14:32 service. Worth keeping a look out for this buffet now while I can!
