Although both 9's utilised spare buses, the green spare ADL Enviro 200 of 375 was actually the one that got swapped for a Bridgford Bus branded Optare Solo SR, so this Old Optare Solo was the bus that was hard at work for most, if not pretty much all day on 9's. 238 is seen here on Carrington Street outside Nottingham Station with a 9 to Wilford Hill. While there were some bus changeovers today, I was pleased to see this spare being kept out! After all, it's an old vintage Optare Solo albeit modernised with an added newer indicator on the inside below the old one and LED displays on the outside of the bus.
