If you think that a bus swap can't happen twice in a row on one route, well you'd be wrong because I witnessed that today on the 9! First of all, the 9 started with a pink 31 Optare Solo SR before switching to a green spare Scania OmniTown after which the Bridgford Bus branded Optare Solo SR finally came out. 354 is seen in the top photo on Beastmarket Hill having just dropped me off at Fletcher Gate with a 9, the blind presumably before being reset ahead of its next journey to Wilford Hill. In the second photo is 207, which is seen on Beastmarket Hill with a 9, the blind already reset ahead of its next journey to Wilford Hill. The bottom photo features what the 9 should look like, with Bridgford Bus branded Optare Solo SR 357 in question here, which can be seen turning right onto Collin St with a 9, the blind presumably before being reset ahead of its next journey to Wilford Hill. While I was hoping to ride on the Scania OmniTown of 207 today, my chance was blown because of the branded Optare Solo SR of 357 coming out last. Oh well, next time then!
