Due to East Midlands Trains buffet car 40730 from this set being on a different one to cover for 40728, another East Midlands Trains buffet car and one presumably under refurbishment at the moment, this VTEC buffet car got allocated to this set, as it has done for quite a while now. It's safe to say that this VTEC buffet car is not going anywhere, anytime soon from this set, well at least for now! 40751 is seen here at Nottingham Station on platform 6 in East Midlands Trains formation while on the London St Pancras express services.
