Over on East Midlands Trains set NL04, another one of the dedicated branded coaches for it has been refurbished inside although I think the outside of the coach could have had a bit of a bath! I think the mark III's formerly branded up for Midland Mainline are having their old circular lights removed in favour of newer brighter lights like the Greater Anglia Mark III's have. 42151 is seen here in East Midlands Trains set NL04 at Nottingham Station on platform 6.
