Arriva Rail North 158789 (19.07.2019)

Nice to see some former ScotRail 158's in their old Saltire livery. Shame the ScotRail branding has gone though. As here illustrates, the newer headlights still remain, which ScotRail introduced replacing the older headlights, which are now history. This 158 currently has a different interior to the other Saltire liveried variants with Northern and I'm guessing it's an Arriva interior of some kind!? Well, maybe so but, anyway, a nice find here with this unit, so I guess that's good.158789 is seen here arriving in late from Leeds before presumably waiting time, not helped buy a train fault, before then then departing on an ECS to Sheffield. The 14:17 service to Leeds with this unit was cancelled in between Nottingham and Sheffield due to the as said fault on this train, so, despite both engines eventually running successfully, the service was cancelled from Nottingham due to the risk of running too late, hence this unit starting from Sheffield instead.
