The oldest buses in NCT's fleet, the Y reg plate Old Optare Solos of 237 and 238, have finally been withdrawn from service. Built in 2001, these buses have served Nottingham well for 18 years! Whatever will happen to them now though will be a mystery for now but a shot to revisit sees 237 and 238 side-by-side on Lower Parliament Street, 237 with a Bridgford Bus 7 service to Gamston and 238 with a green 11 service to Lady Bay.
