The oldest midi-buses in NCT's fleet as of now are the Optare Solo SR types since the withdrawal of the Y reg plate Old Optare Solos. 345 was originally branded up for purple 87/88, then navy 2 and 3, then just navy 3 on its own before becoming spare, hence why it can be seen stretching its legs a lot more, as here illustrates. 345 is seen here in Central Avenue, West Bridgford with a Bridgford Bus 8 service to Wilford Hill.
