With an appearance from the green 10 branded bio-gas Scania 409 on the morning A2 taking effect, it meant that, combined with another green 10 green 10 branded bio-gas Scania in 408 being off the road, two spares were in use on the route and as luck would have it, one of the brand new 19 plates came out to play, as illustrated here. 476 is seen on Angel Row with a 10 to Ruddington.

With lots of the bio-gas spares being used on the purple routes daily a lot of the time, it means appearances elsewhere from the diesel powered fleet. 613 exemplifies this with an appearance on the 10, it seen on Loughborough Road with a service for Ruddington.

With OmniDekka spares now history at Parliament Street, the E400's are now the mainstay of the diesel powered spare fleet there. 636 is seen on Lower Parliament Street outside Victoria Centre with a 6 to Edwalton.

Diesel E400's were on both the 6 and the 10 today, the 6 the one with the USB power on board, as illustrated here. 636 waits at Edwalton Wellin Lane terminus to form a 6 to City Loop.
