East Midlands Railway 43467 'British Transport Police Nottingham/Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service'/43050 (26.10.2019)
It could be said that two mix and match HST sets were out as a plain blue buffered MTU power car saw use on VP185 duties, as here illustrates. 43467 trails 43058 as it enters Nottingham Station with a service from London St Pancras before both power cars enjoy a nice break before they head back out to the Capital albeit in reverse formation with 43467 leading 43058.

London North Eastern Railway 40751 (on hire to East Midlands Railway) (26.10.2019)
We may be well into the East Midlands Railway era but I can say that this is the first time here that I have seen this LNER buffet car in an EMR Intercity set, which, given the new company now operating in EMR, gives me a mega-tick in the book! 40751 in Virgin Trains East Coast livery is seen sandwiching the EMR Intercity coaches as the set departs from Nottingham, with 43044 on the rear along with an unidentified power car leading.

Nottingham City Transport 238 (22.10.2019)
I guess the glass windows on the Y reg plate Old Optare Solos will have pleased passengers a lot more and NCT did take the decision to remove the previous allover advertising from them! I don't know why they started with the allover Easyrider adverts although in the end, time did tell and thankfully no worries with covered up glass windows now and 238 can perhaps illustrate my preferred option on the Y regs in allover advertising but with glass windows, the bus seen here on arrival and departure from Victoria Centre bus stop on Lower Parliament Street with a Bridgford Bus 9 service to Wilford Hill.
