Like The Cotgrave, a similar story on The Keyworth as one of their Volvo Wright-Eclipse Urban buses wasn't playing ball either, so this red spare Optare Solo SR kept the show on the road. 506 is seen on Carrington Street with The Keyworth to Nottingham whilst in place of 729. This bus was diverted onto Maid Marian Way to terminate on Spaniel Row due to works on Canal Street.
