Running on borrowed time now are the HST sets in use with East Midlands Railway as the original eight car sets are to be replaced by HST's cascaded from LNER while the six car sets are to be retained until May 2020 before they then get replaced by four class 180's from Hull Trains. 43467 and 43465 arrive in on a very late terminating service from London St Pancras before then departing on the ECS to Sheffield. In the end, it departed from Sheffield some 45 minutes late but it still made it to London St Pancras anyway! As this arrived at Nottingham some 20 minutes late I think, not the best punctuality I would say really but sometimes late running can happen as I am sure here will illustrate.
