Virgin Trains East Coast buffet car 40751 (on hire to East Midlands Trains) (09.10.2017)

While at Nottingham Station for an hour, this Virgin Trains East Coast buffet car made an appearance while in an East Midlands Trains set. 40751 is seen here in East Midlands Trains formation whilst deputising for an East Midlands Trains branded buffet car. This buffet car is no stranger to the Midland Mainline as this was a former East Midlands Trains one. The power cars on this set were 43052 and 43066 and they were on the 1B48 13:32 to London St Pancras International.
