As darkness starts to descend in dull weather, 238, a Y reg plate Old Optare Solo, leaves Mellors Road bus stop behind just after dropping me off there before heading towards its next stop of Dovedale Road with a Bridgford Bus 5 service to Gamston. Worth noting that on the previous day to this that the Bridgford Bus 6 used part of this road for a while due to an RTC on Trevor Road.
