A route usually in the hands of the Bridgford Bus branded Optare Solo SR buses had the Y reg plate Old Optare Solos of 237 and 238 on for today, hence why a single branded bus was not to be in sight on the route. 238 turns right onto Angel Row for a stop there with a 5 to Gamston via Trent Bridge, Central Avenue, West Bridgford and Melton Road.
