One of the key locations on the Bridgford Bus network is the West Bridgford Town Centre in Central Avenue, West Bridgford and is served by the 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. As for the 5, it used to be run via Musters Road, hence the route in effect bypassing the avenue. As has been the case from what I believe to be 2012, the route now runs via Central Avenue, as here illustrates. 238, a Y reg plate Old Optare Solo, is seen in the heart of West Bridgford on a 5 to Gamston.
