The first of the refurbished former Northern 156's for East Midlands Trains goes to this one here in the form of 156497 but, as here illustrates, the interior boasts the most refurbishment, with old livery still intact on the outside of the train but with new LED displays replacing the old roller blind displays A similar outcome in part perhaps could be said with the 158 here in the form of 158847 except it boasts newer doors or newer paint on them as well as the new LED displays. 158847 and 156497 arrive at Nottingham Station from Liverpool Lime Street before uncoupling to allow for the 158 to then depart to Norwich and the 156 to go to the siding before both carrying out their procedures one by one.
