Nottingham City Transport 352 (31.08.2019)

And here is that spare Optare Solo SR that was eventually called to a halt whilst on Bridgford Bus 7 due to the Bridgford Bus branded variant of 358 being declared available for service and 352 was that bus, it seen here on Carrington Street with a 7 to Gamston and I can only assume I caught these shots well before the bus swap took place. This bus was certainly sent off the route today though mind. At least they sent off the more mundane working involving this green spare mind, so nothing too bad there but too bad about the dim LED display on the front here though! New display required perhaps!?
Nottingham City Transport 358 (31.08.2019)

While two spare Optare Solo SR's were started on this route, there was only room for one of those to continue as, although I tend to find that bus swaps don't normally occur on a Saturday, this Bridgford Bus branded variant was to be declared available for service, so it was goodbye to one of the spares on this route but as to which one, well the next shots will illustrate it all but going back to here, 358 is seen in these shots as it works the remainder of the day on 7's to/from Gamston.

Arriva Rail North 195107 (30.08.2019)

As seen at Nottingham Station, Northern's 195107 is seen whilst out on test.
Arriva Rail North 153301/153316 "John 'Longitude' Harrison Inventor of the Marine Chronometer" (30.08.2019)

I might just be the luckiest person in the world as I managed to catch myself another pair of dogboxes for Northern! Yes, that's right and in this one, we have 153301 and 153316, them both seen coupled together as they arrive at Nottingham Station from Leeds before heading back out there on the 15:17 service and as to why no numerical order was on order with 153315, 153316 and 153317, I don't know but that will have to count as a missed opportunity at numerical order from today, so too bad!
Arriva Rail North 153304/153315 (30.08.2019)

Lucky for me as I even managed to capture this pair of 153's for Northern today and so in this one, we have 153304 and 153315, the single car sprinters seen coupled together as they arrive at Nottingham Station from Leeds before heading back out there on the 14:17 service.
Arriva Rail North 153317/150274 (30.08.2019)

A super rare working for Northern here as 153317 in old Northern livery and 150274 in new Northern livery wait time before taking away the 11:17 Leeds service and yes, this is what you call super rare! A turn up indeed then!
East Midlands Railway 43058/43484 (31.08.2019)

As seen at Nottingham Station twice, VP185 power car 43058 with EMR branding and buffered MTU power car 43484, still in its East Midlands Trains livery, are seen arriving and departing Nottingham Station with services to/from London St Pancras.
