Nottingham City Transport 391 (12.04.2022)

The new era on the 50 may have long since started but the recent repaint for it made its way into revenue earning service on the route today, as illustrated here. 391 is seen on Lower Parliament Street with a 50 to Victoria Retail Park. Interesting that the original grey 50 route was the solid diet of Solo SR's when Trent Bridge operated at weekends before now being the solid diet of Enviro 200's under the red 50 brand under full Trent Bridge operation. Also from mainly bio-gas out of Parliament Street under the grey 50 brand to diesel out of Trent Bridge under the red 50 brand seems like a probable downgrade but as NCT plan to replace their single-decker fleet with brand new electric buses, an upgrade could be on the cards one day!
