East Midlands Trains 158889 (27.09.2017)
Having been transferred to East Midlands Trains in 2015, this 158 had been operating for East Midlands Trains in the South West Trains livery for just over two years, that is until now as it has just been given a fresh lick of paint and is now in the East Midlands Trains livery. Here, 158889 is seen at Nottingham Station, awaiting departure on the 12:47 service to Liverpool Lime Street, calling at Ilkeston, Alfreton, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Stockport, Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road, Warrington Central, Widnes, Liverpool South Parkway and Liverpool Lime Street. 158810 was at the rear of the train, which came in from Norwich as a two car service. As per the norm, Norwich services come into Nottingham, usually as a two car 158, before a four car train, usually in the form of two 158's, is formed at Nottingham Station, after which the four car train goes to Liverpool Lime Street.
