In an interesting formation for the arrival at Nottingham Station of this service from Liverpool Lime Street, this class 156 arrived in at the head of the train, with a 158 trailing at the rear of the set. Not only that, but the 156 actually went forward to Norwich and not the 158 for some reason! Although 158's usually go forward to Norwich, a bit different with this 156 doing the honours! 156401 and 158865 are seen arriving on platform 3C at Nottingham Station with a service from Liverpool Lime Street, with 156401 to actually go forward to Norwich and 158865 to only detach from the service terminate and then go to Eastcroft sidings!
