A bit of a surprise from today in which one of the Bridgford Bus 7's opted for a Bridgford Bus branded Optare Solo SR as there were four green spares in use on Bridgford Bus today, two of which changed hands on the 9! Perhaps a surprise then that a Saturday service from today didn't see two of the green spares on this route then! Looks like NCT thought otherwise today though and in this shot here, 330, the only 11 plate Optare Solo SR branded up for Bridgford Bus, heads from Arkwright Street onto Carrington Street with a 7 to City Loop, it having diverted via Musters Road, Melton Road and Loughborough Road due to an RTC near to the County Hall.
