When it comes to Bridgford Bus on a Saturday, it is usually the 7 that ends up with a spare but that would only be with the midi-bus ones. It turned out that a midi-bus spare wasn't needed as all of the branded Optare Solo SR's were all out in full force on the Bridgford Bus network. I could count myself as unlucky not to find a midi-bus spare on Bridgford's because of the fact that I caught two silver spare bio-gas ADL Enviro 400 CBG City on the 6! A case of where you win some and you lose some in a way but this here in where I get something I want but I don't get something else I want! Oh well, at least it's a job well done to the branded Optare Solo SR's for being out on the road at least, so I guess that's good! 427 spends the whole day on the 6, it seen here on its first City Loop journey from Edwalton. This bus here would have gone out of service on Melton Road to Edwalton to start service on the 6 itself.
