During the mostly late morning period, it is usually four of Nottingham's trams that run the shorter journeys to Shipstone Street. Along with one or two other trams that perhaps run longer journeys to either Phoenix Park or Hucknall depending on what is allocated where, the other four allocated trams tend to do the shorter Shipstone Street journeys. All this is to do with the drop in frequency as the afternoon approaches. 225, a five-section articulated Alstom Citadis Tram, was today's first tram on one of the shorter Shipstone Street journeys, it seen in Nottingham's Old Market Square with the shorter journey coming in from Clifton South.
