The other peak-time working for Bridgford's is that of the 5, which uses any available bus like the beforehand duplicate pink workings for the 30 and 28, which also use any available bus in the form of the same one as the extra 5. Today saw a Bridgford Bus MMC on all of those workings and it was an almost non-oddity when the extra 5 came into play given it being one of the routes it's branded for and here, the bus is seen on Melton Road with a 5 to Gamston.
