Interesting to see that the 65 plate spares dedicated for the turquoise 78/79 were painted up like that rather than for the route. Mind you, being spare means they can end up anywhere when you least expect it, like 661 did today when it was on 48's. As for this 65 plate spare, a day on its usual Turquoise haunts was to be on the cards, as illustrated here.661 leaves Victoria Centre behind and passes a wide array of pedestrians with a 79A to Arnold.
