East Midlands Railway 180110/180113 (13.02.2022)

In a possible first for the company, a nine car 180 was in operation with East Midlands Railway today with the sole four car unit coupled to a five car unit, as illustrated here. 180110, reduced as a four car due to corrosion on the buffet car of 56910, and 180113, still with the coach of 180109, rest at Nottingham between journeys before departing with 1B24, the 14:10 service to London St Pancras.
