Over on the single-decks of Bridgford Bus today, both the Y reg plate Old Optare Solos of 237 and 238 were in attendance and on Gamston routes as well. For 238, it was a full day on 5's from start to end before switching to 7's for the evening period. This bus was my first Y reg plate Old Optare Solo ride of the day, where I took this bus into Nottingham with my mum. 238 is seen here about to pick me and mum up from Mellors Road bus stop on Melton Road while on a 5 to City Loop. Note the overflowing drain here in this shot as it was raining at the time.
